On Saturday, November 25, 2023, the waste manager “CleanR” and the producer responsibility system company “Zaļa josta” in cooperation with the Ķekava municipality and JSC “BAO” are organizing a Tirmāja campaign in the entire Ķekava region, inviting residents to get rid of their unnecessary and worn-out electrical equipment free of charge , textile and bulky waste.
In order to be able to participate in the campaign, the residents of Ķekava region must apply in advance, indicating their address and the approximate amount of waste that is planned to be delivered. Applications will be accepted from November 14 to 21 (inclusive). CleanR, upon receiving this information, will create a special route to visit each of the addresses and collect the specified waste.
Residents must place all items to be handed over in the Tirmaja campaign in an accessible place outside the territory of private property or near waste containers in the yard of apartment buildings until November 25 at 7:00 am.
To participate in the campaign, residents of apartment buildings should contact their building manager, while residents of private houses are invited to complete an application on the self-service portal and mobile app manai.videi.lv, write to the e-mail address kc@cleanr.lv or call the phone number 67111001.
